Petition to Amend Comp Plan 1994 PETITION TO AMEND CARMEL /CLAY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

forth after his /her name. Each of the undersigned is petitioning
the Carmel City Council to amend the COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE 1991
to read as follows on pages 27 and 99:
"In areas of the community where this plan designation
falls on land zoned "S -1 it is the intent that development
density should average no more than 1 unit per gross acre.
