Commencing at the Southwest corner of a parcel conveyed to Bertha M. Irwin
in Instrument No. 90 -24929 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 27 seconds East (assumed bearing)
along the West line of said parcel 31.37 feet to a point on the Southeasters i K
of -way line of Hazel Dell Parkway as per City of Carmel's Board of Public ans
of Project No. 97 -02; thence North 25 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds East a ong
said Right -of -way line 186.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description; thence continuing North 25 degrees 20 minutes 18 seconds East
along said Right-of-way line 158.00 feet to a point on the West line of said parcel;
the next two (2) calls along the western boundary of said parcel; (1) South 00
degrees 15 minutes 27 seconds West 141.38 feet; (2) North 89 degrees 39 minutes
43 seconds West 66.13 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.107 acres, more

has full corporate capacity to convey the real estate described herein; and that all necessary
corporate action for the making of such conveyance has been taken and done.
