The City of Cormct of Hamilton County, Indiana, a city, duly organized and existing
under the Io:.s of the State of Indiana, WITNESSES THAT:
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel has a grant of easement over a private road
extr rding through the Brookshire Golf Course as defined in Exhibit A, incorporated herein
and made a part hereof.
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel received the grant of easement over private road
from Lumber Mart, Inc, and this property is now owned by the RIVA Corporation and is
recorded in Book 288, page 125, Instrument No. 10036 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana.
WHEREAS, the grant of easement over private road was given for access to the
Brookshire Lift Station and the lift station has now been removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Carmel agrees to abandon all rights to the grant
of easement over private road to the Brookshire Lift Station and the grant of easement
on Exhibit A over the private road shall revert to RIVA Corporation.
