DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY TO THE
TOWN OF CARPEL, INDIANA
THIS INDENTURE'WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), the receipt of which is
acknowledged, E R REALTY CO.,a general partnership, which is
purchasing from WELLS HAMPTON and MARTHA JANE HAMPTON, husband
and wife, under conditional sales contract the real estate
hereinafter described, do hereby DEDICATE, GRANT AND SET ASIDE,
in perpetuity, to the TOWN OF CARMEL, INDIANA and to the general
public, for a public street and right of way the following
described property in Hamilton County, State of Indiana, to wit:
Fifty (50') feet by parallel lines, more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Sec. 25, Twp. 18
North, Range 3 East: Beginning at a point 1154.35
feet west of the southeast corner rrth, the
quarter of Section 25, Twp.
on the south line of said quarter section, which
point is 381.35' west of the west right of way line
of the Monon Railroad; thence West along said south
line fifty feet (50'); thence north 594.0', more or
less, to a point which is the west right of way
terminus of Canada Dry Lane, which point is 421.6
feet west of the west right of way line of the Monon
Railroad; thence east fifty feet (50'); thence south
to a point on the south line of the southeast quarter
of Sec. 25, which point is the place of beginning.
