Walter, P.E., Senior Project Manager for Platinum Properties, representing East Carmel LLC, the Owner of this property, has requested the Board sign the Dedication of Public Right of Way documents presented for approval. These documents dedicate the right of way for Hopewell Parkway. Hopewell Parkway will run east from Community Drive, just south of 146 Street. This right of way is being dedicated to accommodate the future approval and construction of the Legacy Towns and Flats by JC Hart Company. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Walter, Platinum Properties and East Carmel LLC for this dedication.
