The undersigned, Carmel Clay Schools, being the fee simple
owner of all the real estate described herein, for valuable
consideration, does hereby dedicate without warranty to the City
of Carmel, Indiana, on behalf of and for the public, for use as a
right -of way for public road purposes, the following described
real estate in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, to -wit:
PARCEL I
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 18 North,
Range 4 East, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, being a
strip of ground 25 feet of even width, the South line of which
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Clay Township,
Hamilton County, Indiana, thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds West (assumed bearing) 1219.65 feet on the South line of
said Southwest Quarter to the East line of the real estate
described in Deed Book 263, page 240, in the Office of the
Recorder, Hamilton County, Indiana; thence North 00 degrees 01
minute 47 seconds East 40.00 feet on the East line of the real
estate described in said Deed Book 263, page 240, to the South
line of the real estate described in a Right -of -Way Grant as
found in Deed Book 213, page 82, in said Recorder's Office, being
the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing
North 00 degrees 01 minute 47 seconds East 25.00 feet on the East
line of the real estate described in said Deed Book 263 page 240;
thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 356.00 feet
parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter to the
West line of the real estate described in said Deed Book 263,
page 240, being in the center of Cool Creek; thence South 00
degrees 01 minute 47 seconds West 25.00 feet on the West line of
the real estate described in said Deed Book 253, page 240, to the
North line of the real estate described in said Deed Book 213,
page 82; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East
365.00 feet on the North line of the real estate described in
said Deed Book 213, page 82, being parallel with the South line
of said Southwest Quarter to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.21 acres, more or less.

The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, at a meeting held on the 1.4_ day of `'7n?..n7/.L+f'
1992, does hereby acknowledge that Carmel Clay Schools has
voluntarily offered to dedicate the real estate described herein as
public road right -of -way. The Board does further acknowledge that all
or a portion of the within described real estate may have been or is
currently being used by public utility companies as an easement within
which to locate service mains or lines, and that Carmel Clay Schools
has no obligation to remove or otherwise relocate said utility
installations. The Board does hereby accept the dedication of real
estate described herein as public right -of way and all public
improvements located therein to be included in the City of Carmel road
system, subject to all existing easements and rights -of -way of record.
