A, incorporated herein by this reference, which Property is located in the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, State of Indiana, hereby grants, conveys and warrants to the City of Carmel,
Indiana "Grantee the Property listed in Exhibit A, which consists of a 5' right -of -way for
public roadway and pedestrian uses only, subject to all existing easements and rights -of -way of
record, for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged.
This conveyance of real estate is not subject to Indiana gross income tax.

dedication of certain real estate for the purpose of establishing a right -of -way, which Dedication
is set forth above;
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works (hereafter Board of the City of Carmel
is of the opinion that said Dedication is desirable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, said Board of Public Works of the City of Carmel, Indiana, by the
Members, under and by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the ordinances of the City of
Carmel, for and on behalf of Carmel, Indiana, accepts said Dedication for the purpose of a public
right -of -way, and orders that the Instrument of Dedication be recorded in the Recorder's Office
of the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana, and said described Property listed in Exhibit A
attached hereto, is hereby declared open and dedicated.
