Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter
Section; thence along the West line thereof, North 00 degrees 07
minutes 31 seconds West 440.07 feet to the of Beginning; thence
continue along said West line, North 00 degrees 07 minutes 31
seconds West 70.01 feet; thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 16
seconds East 1326.90 feet to the Southwest corner of Block 3 of
Conditional Secondary Plat Carmel Science and Technology Park, the
plat of which was recorded in Plat Book 13, on pages 65 through 71
