The Property
Thirty (30) acres off of the entire south end of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section
29, Township 18 north, Range 3 east, located in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana
The above described real estate is that same parcel of real estate described in the deed recorded
as Instrument No. 199909959396 but the chain of title, commencing with the deed recorded in
Deed Book 203, page 359 and thereafter, incorrectly described the real estate as "off the entire
West end of the west half."
