DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY
Edmund Martin and Bauer Commercial Park Family Corp., Inc.,
being the owners of all the real estate which is the subject of
this Dedication do hereby dedicate to the public for street
purposes, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, land in the City of Carmel, Clay Township,
Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
8, Township 17 North, Range 4 East in the City of Carmel,
Indiana, in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana,
described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 8, Township 17 North, Range 4 East 641.28 feet
North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (assumed
bearing) from the Southwest corner of said Southwest
Quarter; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East
on said South line 60.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds 977.22 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56
minutes 47 seconds East parallel with the North line of the
South Half of said Southwest Quarter 292.96 feet to the
point of curvature of a curve to the right having a radius
of 240.00 feet; thence Southeasterly curving to the right
on said curve an arc distance of 106.07 feet" to the point
of tangency of said curve; thence South 64 degrees 37
minutes 25 seconds East tangent with said curve 100.00 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a
radius of 290.00 feet; thence Southeasterly curving to the
left on said curve an arc distance of 129.14 feet to the
West right -of -way line of Lakeshore Drive East as now

seconds West on said West right -of -way line 50.00 feet to a
point on a curve having a radius of 240.00 feet, the radius
point of which is common with the last described curve;
thence Northwesterly curving to the right on said curve an
arc distance of 106.88 feet to the point of tangency of

West tangent with said curve 100.00 feet to the point of
curvature of a curve to the left having a radius of 290.00
feet and a common radius point with the first described
curve having a radius of 240.00 feet; thence Northwesterly
curving to the left on said curve an arc distance of 128.17
feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence North
89 degrees 56 minutes 47 seconds West 353.00 feet to a line
which bears North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds from the

ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION
The City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, acting by and
through its duly elected officers and officials and with the
corporate authority of said City, does hereby accept the
Dedication for street purposes wherein Edmund Martin and Bauer
Commercial Park Family Corp., Inc., are the Dedicators and the
City of Carmel is the entity to whom such Dedication is made,
all as set out above, and pursuant to such Acceptance assumes
the responsibility for maintenance of said street subject to
the maintenance bond provided by the Dedicators.
