The City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, acting by and
through its Board of Public Works, does hereby accept the
foregoing dedication for street purposes wherein Wayne R. Nelson
Associates, II is the Dedicator and the City of Carmel is the
entity to whom said dedication is made, all as set out above, and
pursuant to such acceptance assumes responsibility for the
maintenance of said street subject to the bond provided by the
Dedicator.
