That Dai Hoanh Nguyen and Dong Thi Tran (Jointly and individually the "Grantor the fee simple
owners of the following described real property "Property described in attached Exhibit A,
incorporated herein by this reference, which Property is located in the City of Carmel, Hamilton
County, State of Indiana, hereby grant, convey and warrant in fee simple and with no reversionary
