Beginning at the Northwest corner of Real Estate described in. Deed Book 351, Page
952 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana,. said Real Estate being
located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 4 East in Clay
Township, Hamilton County, Indiana; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East
(assumed bearing) on the North line of said real estate and Southeast Quarter 1872.8 feet
to the Northeast; corner of said Quarter Section; thence Southerly on the East line of
said Southeast Quarter 45 feet, more or less, to the South right -of -way line of East
131st Street which is 45.00 feet South of the North line of said Southeast Quarter as
measured perpendicular to said North line; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West on said South right -of -way line 1872 feet, more or less, to the West line of the
Real Estate described in said Deed Book 351; thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes 47
seconds West on said West line 45 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 1.93

DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Northview Christian Life Church, Inc., an
Indiana Corporation hereinafter "Grantor hereby gives and dedicates to the City of
Carmel, Indiana (hereinafter "Grantee for public right -of -way purposes only, the real
estate described in Exhibit "A" hereto.
This Dedication is made subject to all easements, agreements, restrictions and
right -of -ways of record.
This conveyance of real estate is not subject to Indiana Corporate Gross Income
Tax.
