its Dedication of Right of Way ( "Dedication ") which Dedication is hereinabove set forth:
AND WHEREAS, The City of Cannel, Indiana, is of the opinion that said Dedication
is desirable and necessary:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Carmel, Indiana, by the Carmel Board of Public
Works and Safety, under and by virtue of the power conferred upon it by statutes of the State
of Indiana, for and on behalf of the City of Carmel, Indiana, accepts said Dedication and orders
that this Dedication be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of Hamilton, State of
Indiana. By acceptance of this Dedication, the City of Carmel, Indiana, by the Carmel Board of
Public Works and Safety, grants to Grantor, its successors and assigns, access to and from the
Public Right -Of -Way to the real estate owned by Grantor adjacent to the Public Right -Of -Way
at the points described on Exhibit A hereto as Access Point I and Access Point II.
