BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS SAFETY
ACCEPTANCE OF CORPORATE QUITCLAIM DEED OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY
WHEREAS, the foregoing Grantor having filed with the City of Carmel, Indiana "City its
Corporate Quitclaim Deed of certain real property "Property") to the City for the purpose of
establishing City rights -of -way, which Corporate Quitclaim Deed is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" hereinabove set forth;
AND WHEREAS, the City believes that said conveyance of property is desirable and necessary and
in the City's best interests;
NOW THEREFORE, the City, by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, hereby
accepts said Corporate Quitclaim Deed, and orders that the Corporate Quitclaim Deed described
herein be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana, and that
said described real property be, and the same hereby is, declared open and dedicated to the City.

BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township
17 North, Range 3 East; thence on and along the South line of said quarter section, South 89
degrees 24 minutes 09 seconds West (State Plane Bearing), a distance of 571.68 feet; thence
North 00 degrees 35 minutes 51 seconds West 16.50 feet to the assumed original North right -of-
way line of East 96 Street; thence on and along said North line, North 89 degrees 24 minutes 09

THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That NRC Corp., a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Indiana "Grantor QUITCLAIMS to the City of Carmel,
Indiana "Grantee for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the
receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the real estate located in Hamilton County, in the
State of Indiana, being more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The undersigned person executing this deed on behalf of Grantor represents and certifies
that he is a duly elected officer of Grantor and has been fully empowered, by proper resolution of
the Board of Directors of said corporation, to execute and deliver this deed; that Grantor has full
