LANDMARK AT MERIDIAN
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter Section; thence along the East line
thereof South 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds East (assumed bearing) 439.67 feet; thence parallel
with the North line of said Quarter Section South 88 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West 45.39 feet
to a point on the Westerly right of way line of Pennsylvania Street, the dedication of public right of way
of which was recorded December 9, 1986 in Book 4, on pages 697 thru 701 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 05 degrees 43 minutes 38 seconds East along said
Westerly right of way line 3.91 feet to the Western boundary of land conveyed to the City of Carmel as
described in Instrument No. 200500068466, recorded in said Recorder's Office (the following two courses
are along the Western and Southern boundaries of said Instrument); 1) thence South 00 degrees 10
minutes 07 seconds East 646.27 feet to the Southwest corner of said Instrument No. 200500068466
and the POINT OF BEGINNING; 2) thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 53 seconds East 10.00 feet to
the West right of way of Pennsylvania Street per Book 4, Pages 697 -701; thence South 00 degrees 10
minutes 07 seconds East along said West right of way 1249.01 feet to the North right of way of 126th
Street per Book 4, Pages 697 -701; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 47 seconds West along said
North right of way 10.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 07 seconds West 1249.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.287 acres, more or less.

ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION DEED OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY
WHEREAS, the foregoing Grantor having filed with the City of Carmel, Indiana ("City"), its
Dedication and Deed of certain real property "Property to the City for the purpose of establishing
City rights -of -way, which Dedication and Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
Exhibit "A" hereinabove set forth;
AND WHEREAS, the City believes that said fee simple conveyance of property is desirable and
necessary and in the City's best interests;
NOW THEREFORE, the City, by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, hereby
accepts said Dedication and Deed, and orders that the Instrument of Dedication and Deed described
herein be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana, and that
said described real property be, and the same hereby is, declared open and dedicated to the City.
