THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the undersigned, (hereinafter, 'Grantor
hereby gives and dedicates to the City of Carmel, Indiana (hereinafter "Grantee for public
right -of -way purposes only, the following described real estate:
See &Mall attached hereto and made a pmt hereof (the "Real Estate
This indenture is not intended to and shall not be construed as surrendering, waiving or
affecting in any way Grantor's rights of access to and from such Real Estate.
This indenture shall be binding until specifically pacifically vacated by legally constituted author}.
Upon such vacation, in whole or in part, the portion thereof so vacated shall revert to the owl
of the fee simple title thereof.
Until such time as Grantee shall take possession of said Real Estate, the owner of the fee

simple thereof, and those claiming through said owner, reserve the right to use said Real Estate
for any legal purposes not inconsistent with this grant.
In accordance with I.C. 32- S -2 -2, the most recent deed of record by which the Grantor
holds title 6 1 6g Z.
By acceptance of this indenture, Grantee acknowledges that Grantor shall have no
obligation to repair or maintain any public street or other public improvement hereafter located
upon the Real Estate.
This grant is to be and become effective and binding from and after its acceptance by
Grantee.
This Dedication is made subject to all easements, agreements, restrictions and rights -of-
way of record and is not subject to the Indiana Corporate Gross Income Tax.
