THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH That PRO MED, LTD., an Indiana Limited
Partnership (hereinafter, "Grantor hereby gives and dedicates to the City of Carmel, Indiana
(hereinafter "Grantee for public right -of -way purposes only, the following described real estate:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This Dedication is made subject to all easements, agreements, restrictions and rights -of-
way of record and is not subject to the Indiana Corporate Gross Income Tax.
