.5020 QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That NICHOLAS H. NOYES and
MARGUERITE L. NOYES, husband and wife ("Grantor") of Marion
County in the State of Indiana, QUITCLAIM to MONON RAILROAD,
an Indiana Corporation, for the sum of One and oo/100 Dollars
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate in
Hamilton County, Indiana:
A part of the Northeast k of Section 36, Township
18, Range 3 East, being more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said
Northeast at a point 1839 feet south of the
Northeast corner thereof, thence west 685.27
feet to the East line of the right-of-way of the
Monon Railroad thence South 30 feet, thence East
685.27 feet to a point in said East line thence
North 30 feet to the place of beginning.
The undersigned, Nicholas H. Noyes says that the
above described real estate was owned by Rolling
Ridge Farm, Inc., and that said Nicholas H. Noyes
was the only stock holder of said corporation which
was dissolved September 14, 1960, on which date
Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Secretary
of the State of Indiana. That said real estate
was inadvertently omitted from said Articles of
Dissolution but that said Nicholas H. Noyes as
sole stockholder received all of the assets of
said Rolling Ridge Farm, Inc., including the above
described real estate, after all debts and lia-
bilities had been discharged and all taxes paid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this deed,
