/fa►R horer Roadnshall be widened to a width of 22 feet and shall be composed
a minimum of 9 inches of compacted aggregate base, 3 inches of HAC binder
and 1 inch HAC surface. A minimum of 4 foot wide shoulders shall be.on. the
west side.
The cost of the above reconstruction shall be paid 50% by the developer
and 50% by Hamilton County.
Upon completion the road and subdivision shall be annexed by the City of
Carmel.
