Mitzi R. Spangler, the owners of the subject property, has requested the Board sign the Dedication of Public Right of Way document presented for approval. This document dedicates the south 40 -foot half right of way portion of West 141 Street, which is contiguous to the Spangler property. This dedication conforms to the City of Carmel and Clay Township 20 -Year Thoroughfare Plan requirements for Collector Streets.
