Silver Convenience Centers of Indianapolis, Inc., a Virginia
corporation, being the owner of all of the real estate which is the
subject of this Dedication, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby dedicate to the City of Carmel, for
street purposes, land in the City of Carmel, Hamilton County,
Indiana, described as follows:
A strip of ground 40.0 feet wide by parallel lines off the
entire East side and a strip of ground 50.0 feet wide by
parallel lines off the entire South side of the following
described real estate:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton
County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East 883.01 feet
North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (assumed
bearing) of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East on and along said South
line 422.20 feet to the East line of the Southwest Quarter
of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 01 degrees 09
minutes 17 seconds East (North 01 degrees 19 minutes 17
seconds East deed) on and along said East line 250.00
feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West
parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter
422.20 feet; thence South 01 degrees 09 minutes 17 seconds
West (South 01 degrees 19 minutes 17 seconds West deed)
parallel with the East line of the Southwest Quarter of
said Northwest Quarter 250.00 feet to the Beginning Point.
This grant of right -of -way is not subject to the payment of
Indiana Corporate Gross Income Tax.

ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION
The City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, acting by and
through its Board of Public Works, does hereby accept the foregoing
dedication for street purposes wherein Silver Convenience Centers of
Indianapolis, Inc. is the Dedicator and the City of Carmel is the
entity to whom such dedication is made, all as set out above, and
pursuant to such acceptance assumes responsibility for the
maintenance of said street.
