East in Hamilton County,. Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter
thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 44 seconds West (assumed bearing) on and
along the East line of said Half Quarter Section 732.44 feet to the intersection
of said East line and the South line of Second Street, S.W., in the Town of
Carmel; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds East on and along
the South line of said Second Street, 122.15 feet to the West line of Third
Avenue, S.W.; thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West on and
