RESOLUTION CC- 10- 03 -11 -01
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY THE CITY OF CARMEL,
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) is needed to pay the overtime
costs for providing second shift and weekend security to City Hall during its ongoing construction
project; and
WHEREAS, the sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars (518,000.00) is needed to purchase
replacement chairs for the public seating section of the City Courtroom; and
WHEREAS, the Department of General Administration, Acct 1205 has excess funds in the
amount of Thirty -One Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) in Line Item 4358500, Census and Election Fees to
fully cover these costs.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, that the Clerk- Treasurer be authorized to transfer an amount up to Thirty -One Thousand Dollars
($31,000.00), as follows:
