A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE 2011 DEPARTMENT OF LAW BUDGET
WHEREAS, an amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,950.00) is needed to
cover unexpected expenses in the 2011 Department of Law Budget, Line Item 440 -63201 Computer
Hardware; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Law's Budget has excess funds in the amount of One Thousand
Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,950.00) in the following Line !tern:
Line Item 430 40000— Legal Fees S1,950.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
htdiana, that the Clerk Treasurer be authorized to transfer an amount up to One Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($1,950.00) within the Department of Law 2011 Budget as follows:
