RESOLUTION CC- 12- 05 -11 -01
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE 2011 FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, an amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) is needed to cover unexpected
expenses in the 2011 Fire Department Budget, Line Item 420 -31400 Gasoline; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department's Budget has excess funds in the amount of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15,000.00) in the following Line Item:
Line Item 430 -40701 Exams $15,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, that the Clerk- Treasurer be authorized to transfer an amount up to Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) within the Fire Department's 2011 Budget as follows:
