A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL,
INDIANA, APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY THE CARMEL CITY COURT
WHEREAS, an amount of at least (313,369.76) is needed to cover said expenses in the
following City Court Budget Line Items:
Line Item 630 (Furniture and Fixtures) in the amount of $13,369.76
WHEREAS, the (Carmel City Court Budget) has excess funds in the amount of (513,369.76) in
the following Line Items:
Line Item 300 (Official Forms) in the amount of $500.00
Line Item 301 (Stationary and Printing) in the amount of $5000.00
Line Item 302 (Office Supplies) in the amount of $4000.00
Line Item 430.02 (External Training Travel) in the amount of $1200.00
Line Item 430.04 (Travel Per Diem) in the amount of $469.76
Line Item 570.02 (External 'frai ring Fees) in the amount of $200.00
Line Item 570.04 (External Instructional Fees) in the amount of 52000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel,
Indiana, the Clerk Treasurer be authorized to transfer:
