For the improvement of Old Meridian Street, Hamilton County, Parcel
37, the following described real estate to wit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana and being a part of the land
of Instrument Number 9557951, Office of the Recorder, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section; thence North 86
degrees 57 minutes 01 second East 245.048 meters (803.96 feet) along
the north line of said Section to the point of beginning of this
description being the northeast corner of the intersection of Carmel
Drive and Old Meridian Street; thence continuing North 86 degrees 57
minutes 01 second East 3.924 meters (12.87 feet) along the north line
of said Section; thence South 9 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds East
0.896 meters (2.94 feet); thence South 52 degrees 06 minutes 01 second
East 21.055 meters (69.08 feet) to the northeastern boundary of Carmel
