THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the Carmel Civic Square
Building Corporation, an Indiana Not For Profit Corporation
"Grantor of Hamilton County, State of Indiana, conveys and
transfers to the City of Carmel utilities, Public Service of
Indiana, and Indiana Bell for the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, receipt of which hereby
acknowledged, a General Utility Easement on the following
described real estate in Hamilton County, State of Indiana:

Hamilton County, Indiana, said permanent easement being 25.00 feet wide

Commencing at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter which
bears South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds (assumed hearing) 1657.00
feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence North 89 degrees 46 min-
