SIDEWALK EASEMENT TO THE TOWN OF CARPEL
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar .($1.00)
and other valuable consideration, the undersigned, Carmel Monthly
Meeting Of Friends,Inc., of Hamilton County, Indiana, do hereby
dedicate, quitclaim, and grant unto the Town of Carmel, Indiana,
as a permanent easement for the construction and maintenance of
sidewalks by the Town of Carmel, Indiana, for use by the general
public on, over and through the following descirbed real estate
located in Carmel, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, to -wit:
Part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter Section 25,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East.
A strip of land five (5) feet of even width south of and
along the following described line:
Beginning at a point 1079.6 feet west of the northeast corner
of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of said section,
said point being the Northwest Corner of the Johnson Addition
to Carmel and 20 feet south of said point, thence westerly
105.34 feet along a line parallel with the north line of said
Southeast Quarter; thence southwesterly 83.95 feet to a point
33 feet south of said north line; thence westerly 155.66 feet
along a line parallel with and 38 feet south of the said north
line of said southeast quarter to a point, said point being on
a line parallel to and 343 feet west of the west line of
Johnson Addition, and containing .04 acre more or less.
In addition to the permanent easement hereinabove described, the under-
signed do hereby grant to the Town of Carmel, Indiana, as a temporary
easement to exist only during the construction period of the sidewalk,
a strip of land 5 feet of even width south of and adjacent to the
south line of the above described permanent easement and a strip of
land 5 feet of even width north of and adjacent to the north line of
the above described permanent easement.
1. The Town of Carmel agrees to restore ground surfaces adjacent
to the sidewalk to their original condition.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned in their respective offices
as the duly elected President and Secretary of Grantor have set their

Inc., and that such authority has been duly entered in the minutes
of the Grantor and that the execution of said Sidewalk Easement of
the Town of Carmel by the undersigned has been•duly ratified by the
Carmel Monthly Meeting of Friends, Inc.
