In previous conversations with the grantor, it had been discussed that the City would be willing to pay up to $500 for expenses incurred by Shell Oil Products in order to have an engineer review the proposed Easement description and sidewalk plan. In accordance with this discussion, Ms. Sawicki has included an invoice for $403.00 to cover the actual costs incurred by Shell for engineering review. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Shell Oil Products US for their dedication of this Easement.
