Fisher, Geneva - Storm Drain Haverstick EASEMENT 274 60Q. �6R PAGE 5381 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Geneva Fisher, Unmarried, and hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" in consideration of D o0 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does grant to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Carmel, Indiana, and their successors in office, hereinafter referred to as, "Grantee a permanent easement to lay, construct, maintain, alter, inspect, repair, replace, relocate, operate and remove a storm sewer on and through the premises owned by Grantor and hereinafter described and Grantee is granted the right of ingre -s and egress to and on those premises hereinafter described for the purpose aforementioned in the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana, to -wit: A part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 17 North, Range 4 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said quarter section; thence North 0 degrees 13 degrees 30 minutes West 16.35 feet along the west line of said quarter section; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds East 16.50 feet to the point of beginning of this description, which point is the intersection of the north boundary of 106th Street with the east boundary of Haverstick Road: thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds West 143.50 feet along said east boundary; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East 14.29 feet; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West 143.50 feet to the north boundary of 106th Street; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West 12.95 feet along said north boundary to the point of beginning and containing 1,954 square feet or 0.045 acres, more or less`. As pictured in Exhibit IAA" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
