1989, by JUDITH A. HANKS, a resident of Hamilton County, Indiana
"Grantor WITNESSES:
WHEREAS, Gran is the owner of the real estate located in
Hamilton County, Indiana, described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof "Real Estate and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to grant and declare a permanent
easement upon, over and across the portion of the Real Estate
more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises,
Grantor grants, conveys and declares a non exclusive easement for

sanitary sewer and uliliti-. upon, over and across the portion of
the Real Estate more particularly described in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
The Easement granted herein includes the right of
construction, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement.
Grantor also grants to the City of Carmel, Indiana, the right to
perform maintenance, repair and replacement of sanitary sewer a44
material and equipment within the easement.
The easement herein granted shall be permanent, shall burden
the Real Estate, and shall be binding upon Grantor, and its
successors and assigns.
