116th - Kavanaugh, Kevin/Yolanda GRANT OF EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR CITY OF CARMEL UTILITIES
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Kevin Kavanaugh and Yolanda Kavanaugh,
Husband and Wife (Grantors), hereby give an exclusive utility easement to the City of
Carmel and the City of Carmel Utilities (Grantees) for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, in and to the following described real estate only:
A permanent easement of 15 feet width along the west property line, and 15 feet
width along the north property line and 15 feet along the east property line from the
northeast property corner to 35 feet south of such corner and an additional 20 feet of
temporary easement for construction access along and parallel to the permanent
easement with such location being within the property limits,
