THIS EASEMENT, executed this day of 1412ell
1989, by EDWARD LEON PURSEL and ROSALEA PURSEL, Husband and Wife,
residents of Hamilton County, Indiana "Grantor WITNESSES:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real estate located in
Hamilton County, Indiana, described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof "Real Estate and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to grant and declare a permanent
easement upon, over and across the portion of the Real Estate
more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises,
Grantor grants, conveys and declares a non exclusive easement for
sanitary sewer and u nit -cs upon, over and across the portion of
the Real Estate more particularly described in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
The Easement granted herein includes the right of
construction, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement.
Grantor also grants to the City of Carmel, Indiana, the right to
perform maintenance, repair and replacement of sanitary sewer 2n
aatgl material and equipment within the easement.
The easement herein granted shall be permanent, shall burden
the Real Estate, and shall be binding upon Grantor, and its
successors and assigns.

Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, in
Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said half quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00
degrees 21 minutes 02 seconds West along the east line thereof a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 23 seconds West parallel with the south line of
said half quarter a distance of 272.50 feet; thence North 00 degrees 21 minutes 02 seconds West
parallel with said east line a distance of 241.52 feet to the point of curvature of a 275.00 feet radius
