i WHEREAS. Langston Construction Company i,a the Owner of a scrip
of ground fifteen (15) feet in width by parallel lines to be used
as an easement for a sanitary sewer located in the East Half of
i Section 36. TownsLLp 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County,
Indiana, said easement to be centered upon the centerline of an

existing sanitary sewer located as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quar-
ter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East; ezr thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds (assumed
a1 bearing) on the East Line of said Northeast Quarter
al 1188.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 30
seconds West parallel wien the North line of said North

successors and assigns, co use the above-described strip of ground
for the purpose of maintaining, end repairing the sanitary sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE. Owner grants an easement in the above de-
scribed strip of grouc.d co City, its successors and assigns, to
use the scrip of ground to maintain and repair the sanitary sewer
