SIDEWALK EASEMENT TO THE TOWN OF CARMEL
For and in consideration of the sum of 0At,g pOL L 7
(O and other valuable consideration, the undersigned,
Paul A. 1; .]1- rind 1Telda. A. of Hamilton County,
Indiana, do hereby dedicate, quitclaim, and grant unto the
TOWN OF CARPAL, INDIANA, as a permanent easement for the
construction of sidewalks by the Town of Carmel, Indiana, for
use by the general public on, over and through the following
described real estate located in Carmel, Clay Township,
Hamilton County, Indiana, to -wit:
Part of the 1 half of the Southeast Ruarter of Section 25, Township 18
North, Range 3 East.
A strip of land five (5) feet of even width south of and along the following
described line: Beginning at a point 336.575 feet west of the Northeast
corner of the west half of said quarter section and 20 feet south of the
north line of the Southeast Quarter of said section, thence westerly
286.58 feet along a line parallel to the said north line and containing
:0329 acres, more or less.
Deed for tract of land. throu h which easement
runs is contained in Deed Book 265 p age 5
Hamilton County, Indiana.
In addition'to the permanent easement hereinabove
described, the undersigned do hereby grant to the
Town of Carmel, Indiana, as a temporary easement to
exist only during the construction period of the
sidewalk, a strip of land 5 feet of even width
south of and adjacent to the south line of the above
described permanent easement and a strip of land 5
feet of even width north of and adjacent to the
north line of the above described permanent easement.
(1) The Town of Carmel agrees to restore ground surfaces
adjacent to the sidewalk to their original condition.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, as owners of the
above described real estate, have set their hands and seals this
day of. September 1975.
