Dear Board Members:
The CDBG Grant #HCCDBG -10 -7 is being amended to increase the available funding from $217,996.00 to
420,353.00. (Increase of $202,357.00) In order to make these monies available, the attached
Amendment 1 to the original agreement needs to be executed.
The City of Carmel Board of Public Works and Safety Presiding Officer and Members must sign and
execute prior to presentation to the Board of Commissioners of Hamilton County at their June 25, 2012
meeting.
The attached Amendment form is presented to the Board for signatures this date.
