Parcel #16- 09- 36- 00 -00- 005.014 In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, PSI ENERGY, INC. d /b /a DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, INC., an Indiana corporation successor of Indiana Railroad (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor "), hereby releases and quitclaims unto the City of Carmel, Indiana, the City of Carmel Redevelopment Commission and Pedcor Office, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee "), their heirs, successors and assigns, all right, title and interest Grantor derives from that certain Easement for Transmission Line from Anson V. Almond and Cora E. Almond to Grantor, dated the 14th day of July, 1939 and recorded in Record Book 127, Page 12 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; but only with respect to the real estate of Grantee which is particularly described in Instrument No. 9909923663, Instrument No. 9909923665 and Instrument No. 200500023875 in the same Recorder's Office more particularly described on attached Exhibit "A ". Said real estate of Grantee being situate in Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to affect in any way Grantor's rights in the remaining part of the easement area described in the aforesaid Easement for Transmission Line or any other easement or property rights of Grantor upon said real estate of Grantee. Grantor states that there is no Indiana Gross Income Tax due and owing on this transaction.
