proposal consists of three separate properties referred to as Sites #1, 2 and 3. The quote
for Site #1 is $4,800.00, Site #2 is $4,300.00 and Site #3 is $2,000.00. Based on the
above costs, the Redevelopment Commission wishes you to proceed immediately on the
work and develop a schedule on when the Commission can expect to receive the ALTA
surveys for Site #1 and #2 with a field survey only for Site #3.

Dear Mr. Olds:
Paul I, Cripe, Inc. would like to thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal
for ti ALTA survey for the above referenced project ( "Project ")_ We look forward to
working with the Carmel Redevelopment Commission on this Project, and it is our
miss :on to "exceed your expectations." Based on information obtained from the
C;-lrrnel Redevelopment Commission, Paul I. Gripe, inc. tmdorstancis the Project's
scope of work to be defined as follows:
SCOPE OF SERVICES
ALTA survey of Parcel No. 12, Site 1, consisting of approximately
two acres.

The above Scope of Services was based on the following assumptions and /or
exclusions;
▪ The section corners controlling the location of the linos and corners of this
tract have available record tics and that the monuments will be found in good
condition.
a Paul 1. Cripe, Inc, survey crews shall have free access (right of entry) to the
entire: property, and that the site will be free of obstructions, crops and heavy
brush at the time the work is performed.
O Paul 1. Cripe, Inc. surveying will be provided title work and attendant
documents rekating to the boundary, as well as any easements or restrictions
that should be shown oil the subject property, in a timely fashion.
The survey will be performed using the record description. No new or
revised description of the subject tract shall be created.
Visible evidence of utilities will be shown. No marking of underground lines
will he requested, nor shall heights of wires be measured,
• All surveying tasks shall be performed using English units (feet and decimal
feet.)
• All delivery dates area stlbjact to weather conditions.
• it is assumed that P;n1.tl I, Cripe, Inc. surveying shall affix our standard
ALTA/ACSM Land litle Sucvoy certificate to the survey.
• Conditions to the contrciry may require additional fees to properly complete
the survey.
