I have reviewed the C.L. Coonrod contract and determined that there is no requirement that an additional services
amendment be prepared whenever Mr. Coonrod provides additional services to the City pursuant to that contract. The
submission of his invoice and a proper P.O. is sufficient and complies with both the terms of the contract and Indiana
law. Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.
